It wasn't enough that pages and pages of copy were wasted on Cherry Evans not being selected for QLD ...SOO

Covering his inability to be at that level, the QLD players saying they don't want to play with him etc etc etc

Oh couldn't end there for DCE to lift and possibly have his personal best game

Oh no, today we get the entire club engulfed in innuendo covering secret payments, illegal betting etc. (allegations of course)

Gees we only had DCE to contend with on Monday but come Thursday we have the whole club with their backs to the wall.

From my experience when you poke the bear you get bitten and the Sea Eagles sure have been poked.

All this with the Panthers coming off shocking form with Yeo and Whare out.......will certainly test the character of both sides albeit for different reasons.

Manly will want to show they are truly contenders with DCE wanting to show what the QLD SOO missed out on.

Panthers......just pride in the jersey ,town and for the sponsors and supporters.

..... Eagles haven’t asked to speak to any Panther players
in the car park before the game have they? ;)

Seriously, our blokes showed scant regard for fans, sponsors
and most of all themselves in last weeks debacle. On current
form they'll beat us with Peter Peters packing into the scrum!

That Gould spray Last night about nitpicking refs ==

I think that spray was based on last week's game against South but also in reference to what is happening to Penrith and to the opposite effect a team like Melbourne in 2017.
I stated in an earlier post about South obvious slowing the ruck tactics, but the Panthers were the ones penalized,
= in a big picture synopsis South's weren't doing anything technically wrong, like hands on the ball or pushing down, they were just laying there and not getting off. As Gould stated in his spray it was obvious to Blind Freddy what was happening yet the penalties we're going in the opposite direction!! Other teams know we are an attack at all cost team and they have to try and slow the play the ball down yet week in week out we are getting penalized for play the ball infringement.

Last week Manly's centers hit it ups were 18 and 14 and our centers hit it ups were 9 and 5, that's 300 per cent and 200 per cent the number of our hit ups, And they were hit ups at warp speed straight up the middle, I am hoping Peachey does the same for us.

The Panther's inability to control momentum and "The Roll On" in matches in both attack and defense is going to be put to the test today, Hopefully they start well and ......
