Yes, I agree. I don’t think that the players are happy at all. They are basically on strike. They did it to Royce and they are doing it now. They do not want Cleary, or more precisely, they respected and liked Gus (and also possibly Griffin). And the manner of Gus’s stabbing in the back did not impress anyone.
I think Cleary would benefit from a spell in reserve grade … and so would his son.

Regarding NC the only break we made was when he went to the line, the rest of his attack was akin to Luke Walsh, catch n pass 5m from the defence.
