Injury Update: Spencer Leniu

Panthers prop Spencer Leniu has been ruled out for up to a month after suffering a knee injury against the Bulldogs.

Scans have revealed Leniu suffered a moderate grade MCL injury during the Round 21 match.

Matt Eisenhuth has been named to replace Leniu on the interchange against the Sharks on Saturday night.

Solid team, hope Spence isn’t out too long and recovers well.

Kurt Falls named at #14 in NSW Cup; is that a sign of change in the halves rankings?

Love to see Jenkins in for Peach though.

What’s the story with Salmon? Game time in NSW Cup or something else?

A very dominant first half.

Lindsay Smith was so dominant in the first 20.

Turuva making a big statement in both attack and defense.

Cleary kicking like the balls on a string.

Bring it on!

Solid performance.

Not sure how Peachey gets 10 minutes for a high tackle, yet within 10 minutes 3 Sharks players don’t get it for high tackles :man_shrugging:

Ivan would have been happy with the Zero against but not sure he would have been super happy overall.
we just seemed a little clunky again which is a scary thing when we get it 100% right which isn’t required just yet.

Nathan’s kicking was superb and showed his absolute class.

Its fair to say there are a lot of pretenders in the 8 and Sharks are one of them

Hope the boys especially Martin pull up OK

I might be forgetting this, but what happened to Martin?

Little worried about Dylan’s ankle. I cringed when I saw it on TV and he looked like he was in a bit of discomfort getting it strapped up. He stayed on the field, but I thought his involvement may have dropped right off to mostly support-play after that.

Another wonderful performance across the park. Our boys just turn up every week & go to work. It is almost surreal, especially for us that have seen the many bad times of the past.

Another media darling “best player in the game” very much outclassed by our ‘best’ player in that position.

Again, I have to comment on the ref. WOW he has completely lost it. He’s taken to explaining his ruling to the bunker now, as his confidence is ZERO. The final straw was ruling a sharks player was offside giving us a penalty. On the challenge, it was of course successful - the player he ruled offside was the only player to touch the ball - there was only one player! So the ruling went from penalty to us to a play the ball by the ‘offside’ player lol.
