An idea of how we are as a team is that on the votes so far, 11 of the starters have polled votes. We are strong all across the park

Also just so everybody knows, every vote counts as well.

The points that a payer gets is calculated as (Total Votes x Percentage Vote).

Example: A Player with 16% of the vote with 18 votes would get around 3 points.

Considering two years ago it was vote for Fish, then the 2 least worst players, this is some team turnaround to see 12 players so far secure votes.

Says a lot about what team players rather than groups of talented individuals we are.

And no prima donnas in this side to boot, as apprised to a few years back.

The spread of the votes every week is a demonstration of how well the Panthers are functioning as a team at the moment. Not like other teams that depend on the performance of two or three players.
