:mega: Team Lists are now updated.

and Cleary ‘still ‘ recovering from shoulder surgery, hmmm.

Least it gives us the opportunity to evaluate backup.

To be honest, I hope that Kurt, and Sean, gets some first grade games, with Nathan, and Jerome. This will help them when they cover them during the origin series.

It’s sure going to be interesting to see how they go - a mix of players looking to justify their likely selection in round 1 (Staines, Tago, Eisenhuth, Kenny), some pushing for selection as alternatives or for bench spots (Jennings, Blacker, Salmon, Smith x2, Hopgood). Some as backups getting experience with the big boys (Jenkins, Falls, O’Sullivan), and rest the young ones hoping to become household names over the next few years.

Hoping Chris Smith goes as good has his team photo looks - he looks primed and pumped, quite the contrast from when he was last with us.

Good looking side, plenty of talent. Hope for a big game from Eddie Blacker, it’d be great to have another candidate in the prop rotation. Eisenhuth is honest, but he wouldn’t make my top 17.

Also interested to see Salmon in the back row. Has he bulked up in the off season?

I do know it’s only our first trial, and a mostly reggies and Flegg side at that, but gee I’m counting down the hours in anticipation of seeing my beloved panthers play footy again.

No need to fear Kikau leaving next year after that 15 minutes performance of Geyer.

Kenny, Staines and Tago all show ready for round 1.

O’Sullivan will be an able replacement when required in the halves.

Hopgood playing well, should be in line for a bench spot.

Jennings a bit hot and cold as usual.

Hard to gauge the other forwards, except that Eisenhuth seems a bit off the pace.

We have a new MG ! :sunglasses:

And thank god it’s not Rodney O

Good hit out from our young blokes. I’m sure we will see a few of them through the year.

Gee, Geyer’s try & his break for Puru’s try rolled back the years! He looked & moved like the spitting image of his Dad. Just hope he’s less of a loose cannon! (He couldn’t be any more of one!)

O’Sullivan looks like a good pick-up & I thought Falls did well, too. Good goal kicker. Didn’t see much of Blacker, but Staines seemed to run the ball out harder than last year & he’s put on a bit of muscle.

Don’t think there were any injuries, so lots of good things to take out of it.

:mega: Final Score and Postgame Media updated.

I would almost be tempted to take Mav upon his offer and play him on the wing!

Gee we have a lot of talent coming through, those Paru twins sure look like dynamite!

Great hit up, and eagerly await being at the game next weekend

It would not surprise me if the Dolphins raids again.

Geez that Falls didn’t do much wrong. :sunglasses:

Hi,

I could not watch the game, unfortunately. Who played the full game? This will give indications who will be in the round one side. Thanks in advance.
