I feel like that in most games now. It seems crowds, the media, etc are more worried about finding us doing something wrong than actually assessing the games on their merits.
The amount of crap I see on social media or from other fans about 1 or 2 calls that go our way, while being silent about everything that goes against us is unbelievable.
What are peopleās thoughts on the refereeing in the Raiders / Broncos game?
What a precedent being set that you cannot celebrate the wins (Luai will be out of a job lol) but then the same penalty is given for a head butt, i.e. 10 in the binā¦ā¦..
Then the āHeldā call at the start of the game which gave the ball to the Broncs after big red tried to offload it, that was contradictory to the end of the game when the same thing happened but his decision was completely the opposite.
One of my thoughts was, how do 2 top 4 teams have no idea on how to work to a FG attempt. It was if they have never trained for a FG. It is always possible to miss the kick, but it should always not be because the setup was all wrong, with players carrying the ball to an edge or the kicker not setting themselves for the best position. Crazy!!
Yer the NRL is becoming a laughing stockā¦ā¦all this protecting the head of a player is farcical when you can have a player head butt another, only be fined $3,300 yet be fined $1,700 for flipping the bird to the crowd EMBARRASING
The other laughable situation was Walsh laying on the ground after he was bumped after the kick, yet gets up and slots the penalty goalā¦ā¦are we watching Soccer
