Membership renewal

Hi all,

Got my membership renewal advice today, after tricky navigation of the site, found my tickets are not credited for COVID as per the earlier club email.

Anyone else found the same? Have you contacted the club?

I have tried contacting the club for another reason (credit card on file is expired) but keep getting voicemail, when I go to leave a message I find their mailbox is full.

My suggestion is to send a email to footymembership@panthers.com.au, they will send you the details of somebody you can call and can help you directly.

I called the club on Friday, due to them messing up my membership (told me I had 5 tickets when I only have 4). Finally got the call back yesterday. Sorted it out over the phone.
