This game will be a tester. We have overcome one of our bogie teams. Now to overcome the other.

Mitch Kenny has taken the early guilty plea for his Grade 2 Dangerous Contact.

He will not be available for this match.

That is probably the safer decision. Unlikely that Cleary QC (or is it KC) would win another one so soon.

Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery to Tui Kamikamica. A real shock to see a such a young, fit man have a stroke. Thinking of him and his family and wishing them all the best.

Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has finalised his squad for the Good Friday showdown against Storm at CommBank Stadium.

Another dominant display. I like Lussicks kicks from dummy half, gives us yet another option in attack.

I am still in a state of shock after that performance.

How could I call out anyone individual? So many impressive performances, players showing skill we have not seen before.

All in all we played as a team, that end pile on to prevent a Melbourne try said it all.

Having Freddy on the bench to give Mitch a rest will make us even better - such a scary thought.

Melbourne certainly competed. Despite the score it wasn’t due to them playing poorly.

The only teams that can beat us is ourselves, the referees, the bunker or the Judiciary.

Even after the 4 recent premierships - I am in awe

Or injury, like Souths suffered last year. This surely is as good as it gets. For the first time, I could not fault any of the 17. So many highlights, but it’s hard to go past the Sorensen pass for Garner’s try. And I can’t remember giving so many player ratings of 8 or better. Don’t wake me up, I want to stay in the dream!

And State of bloody Origin. Looks like we could lose more players with the new eligibility rules.

From what I can tell, Papali’i is the only player in our top 19 not eligible for NSW!!!

Just listening to ABC radio, they are talking at least 11 panthers in the NSW team, and for the NRL to maximise profit and fan interest by playing 3 Panthers v the world games at seasons end :joy:
