Panthers player Jack Cogger has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee following the Round 9 match against the Sea Eagles at CommBank Stadium.
Cogger received a grade two charge for a high tackle in the second half.
The charge carries a one-match suspension with an early guilty plea. If Cogger elects to challenge the charge and is unsuccessful, he faces a two-match suspension.
It’s funny, I can be watching a game I have 0 interest in, just love watching footy and within 10 minutes I have a side to support, usually the one the ref is against. The Dogs V Cows was a perfect example, the Cows were being treated like we did, the Dogs getting away with blue murder while the Cows getting pinged for a beard rub. I was soooo happy the Cows got the points. There is no logical reason for such a biased view from the refereeing……
