Yeo and Api will be back, and hopefully Cleary.

Burton back to centre, Naden to Wing.

Hopefully we get our Mojo back

Stephen Crichton will be spending a week on the sidelines after copping a ‘Grade One Contrary Conduct’ charge

FFS, what about the ar*’ole that cleaned up Yeo?

Contrary conduct, what’s that? How many Storm charged?

And if the grand final is played in Melbourne they may as well suspend the comp and hand the storm the trophy.

Seriously I’m over all this storm favoritism.

So Critta out? Can’t believe I’m saying this but I hope Momo plays, I don’t want to see Jennings in firsts again.

Its hard to comprehend how we had so many players cited out of the game and to be brutally honest missing Crichton in my view is no big deal.
Better score any points next to the post as Burton is an average goal kicker , that being said he is one of the few who is trying his heart out
Will be keen to see what Ivan does in his selections this week…dont see Nathan being available and on last weeks effort Roosters will start favourite against us.

:mega: Team List and Match Officials have been updated.

Pangai jnr should play in the middle with the instruction DO NOT PASS THE BALL !!!

Hopgood can feel unlucky not to be picked over Eisenhuth, seems he is similar to May, IC fav…

Reports are circulating that Nathan Cleary will line up this weekend against the Roosters, with Matt Burton shifting to the Centres and Jerome Luai back to Five-Eight.

UPDATE: Nathan Cleary has been ruled out of the match against the Roosters.

Match Officals have finally been announced.

Gerard Sutton will be with the whistle in this match.

I must say I am in 2 minds with Cleary’s return, on the one hand his inclusion will all but guarantee the win, but I’d hate to see him play a couple of games then be out for the season.

It’s risk vs reward, and I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking the same.

Nathan Cleary will be given another week off to assist with recovery from this shoulder injury.

Tevita Pangai Junior Has been ruled out due to “Personal Reasons”.

GREAT - Not even a game played and he has issues…

Naden’s out, so Momo shifts to wing & Izack Tago comes in to start at centre.

Big ask again this week, but Yeo & Koroisau back should help. Also pleased for Tago & J’maine Hopgood. I thought they both did well against the Storm.

Tago will add an exciting element in attack, just don’t know if he’s defense is up to it.

All in all positions 1-4 will mean nothing come finals, so if this is the last game we loose all year, I will be happy

Leading 14-6 H/T

+’s Kikau cut out pass for Burton’ try
-‘s Momirovski draws two but fails to pass to unmarked Staines. ???

Nothing in this, stay tuned !!!

2 things to take out of that game, and that’s Roosters are not a final 4 team and whoever we play we are going to have to play 14 on the other side because they have the ref giving them every opportunity to beat us.

And sadly without Burton we would have been beaten by an average team.

There are some in our team who are way out of form and waiting for others to do the heavy lifting.

It was a ugly win and still don’t expect to see Nathan back next week and i am of the view IC may hold him until the Eels game

the way Burton played tonight we can probably give Nathan another week or 2 !

Probably our best performance in about 2 months, but the holes left by our missing players are still obvious. Burton by far the best player on the field tonight.
