How ya going Puss! Not in Bathurst any more, now living in Stuart Town - a bit further west. Just a little village, but I have a nice place with a BIG verandah. We are in lockdown, but I’m not too worried Covid, I’ll just sit here in me rockin’ chair strummin’ me banjo, with the trusty shotty by my side to keep you city slickers at bay… 
Actually, I had to go to Westmead a few weeks ago to see an eye surgeon and had to self isolate for two weeks after. Lockdown is easy after that!

I’ve officially joined the masses, on special leave until current restrictions are lifted. Might be able to get some consistent exercise in & catch up on some reading, not to mention clean up a bit.
A mass vaccine centre has opened at Panthers Penrith. You should be able to book a spot there. I did read that they are doing AZ and Pfizer vaccines.

Unable to be contacted for booking. Health site has stalled.
Doesn’t even allow you to queue. I’ve been trying to book
for just over 3 hours.
So I tried ringing Pru Cars office for advice, no reply to date.
Perhaps you should have taken up that offer of a green card Puss

- 3.30 got a reply and they’re looking into it. Seems they’ve been inundated with booking requests and there’re doin their best to to assist everybody. I’m not holding my breath. It’s a mess !

I saw on Ch9 news last night the story about the jab centre being at Panthers from Monday - they will soon be like Maccas - one on every corner

On the radio this morning, potential for pubs to open to all fully vaccinated people WHEN we get to 70% vaccination in the state.
Record numbers getting vaccinated in Penrith ha ha haaaaa
And form Monday you can get the jab at Panthers. I understand it’s heavily booked - I guess some are thinking get a jab & then a schooner… not sure it works like that.
My 2nd AZ is booked for early Oct on the original 12 weeks between doses plan. If others are getting a beer ahead of me, I’ll ne looking to jump the queue
Another grim milestone. Glad Bag , Pork Barilaro & Hazmat are kidding themselves if they think we can ease restrictions any time soon.

The real dangerous part is the number in hospital and in ICU keep climbing. How long will it be before the hospitals are not able to handle the influx (if we are not already at this stage).
